It is never ok when someone does things to make you feel upset or scared. People should not: 

  • bully you  
  • tease you or make fun of you 
  • call you names 
  • make you do things on camera that you don’t want to do 
  • not treat you like an adult 
  • hide your things to make you upset 
  • threaten to hurt you or someone you care about
  • say things like “you’re useless” or “you’re not important” 
  • blame you for things you have not done 
  • say bad things about you 
  • shout at you, swear at you, or say bad things to you 
  • keep you in a room all by yourself 
  • ignore you on purpose  
  • stop you seeing your family, friends or pets when it is safe to see them
  • not respect your identity, gender or sexuality 
  • not respect your religion
